Comforts of well-appointed and wonderfully decorated room in closet in the u were fabulous. The location was magnificent, right by Palazzo Ducale.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including coffee and pastries. the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always available. - the location was excellent, within a short walking distance to the historic city center, near two squares, many charming shops, and great restaurants like "Italo". - Additionally, there was Libreria All'arco within walking distance from the hotel.

Liked Reggio Emilia, the hotel was lovely old close to a very good restaurant called "Italo". The breakfast was very good with cheeses and local ham, the staffing teams were extremely helpful. The property was in a perfect location not far from the historic center of the pedestrian zone and many interesting shops and lovely restaurants and pedestrian streets. Again, Civic Museums of Reggio Emilia was around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue.

Pleasant staff, great services, including a variety of outstanding delicacies. - Historic building and rooms in closet in the u. - Variety of meals for breakfast, including coffee and bakery. - Excellent and amazing location within walking distance of an architecturally basilica.

The location offered was exceptionally nice and ideal really close to the center of the old town, a palace of 1200, and the centre of Reggio, a tranquil town with great food. Booked a room with a view over the piazza camillo prampolini.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Sheets changed regularly. Bath sheets provided. Hotel arranged free tours to Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar factories. Great downtown location. Limited parking availability. No meals taken at hotel.

Very nice, old, very well maintained hotel in a very nice town. Very good breakfast!
This time we had a room on the lower floor that was facing the pedestrian zone. At times it was disturbing at night from outside.
